St. Peters Western Swim Club (SPWSC) is St. Peters oldest club and the westernmost swim club of the tri-state region. Formed in 1920, SPWSC has been a pillar of the St. Peters community for more than ninety years. Located on the western side of the popular Lake St. Louis, SPWSC continues to serve the St. Peters area as well as the surrounding tri-state region area.

In addition to its other activities, SPWSC hosts three swim meets each year: the Tri-State Meet, the Mid-States Meet, and the Meet of Champions. These swim meets bring together elite swimmers from all over the country to Lake St. Louis to put on a great show. The season culminates with the NBAC Championships in Montreal, Canada during the last weekend in March.

The SPWSC swim club is routinely home to club, state, and national records. Although the club is primarily for those swimmers aspiring to race at a high level, it welcomes new members of all ages as long as there is a break between the ages of ten and seventeen.
